Incarcerated dancehall artist Vybz Kartel had his first interview in over 10 years with Fox News Lisa Evers to the delight of his Gaza fans who where delight to hear his voice which was disguised in an American twang lol ,the 2 part interview which was aired yesterday and today has forced the Department of Correctional Services in Jamaica and several other state agencies to launch a major investigation after a voice said to be of murder convict and incarcerated dancehall superstar, Vybz Kartel, was broadcast .
