Marymo Undefined.I am a versatile female artist aged 28.
I'm from Warren park 1,Harare,Zimbabwe and I am currently based in Rustenburg,Northwest,SA.
I attended my Primary level at Warren Park 2 Primary School,"O" Level at Kambuzuma 1 High School and "A" Level at Harare Girls High School.
I have been engaged to music all my life since in my family music is a habit,but I did venture in it professionally as a backing vocalist and curtain raiser in my brother's band Mannex and the Mo family in 2012.My first recording which was a collaboration was back in 2004 when I was 12 years old and I did my own first RnB song which was called Did You Know in 2010.
Hope on Splinter Riddim was my first Reggea tune that I did with my brother Mannex Motsi and Sister Flonsnanx Motsi in 2010.Thats when i discovered my strength in the good Reggea vibes.
During that time I worked with other upcoming artists since I could not afford an established one,the only established artist I worked with was Mannex Motsi(My Brother).I also worked with a number of producers only to mention Benny Bitz,Rockers Mix Entertainment and L Flava.
In 2015 i was very lucky to get a chance to share the stage with Luciano The Messenger at the Glamis Arena in Harare.It was fully loaded and to me It was a great experience.
It is such an honor to grow up listening to his music and then get the chance to share the stage and perfom his songs including some of my favourites with him.It also helped open doors for me as a female artist in the Reggae circles.
Luciano is a very musically humble,hardworking,honest person who takes his work seriously,i learned this through rehearsals with him and the band,if he doesn't like the manner or way something is done or delivered he says it there and there......
I am currently working with Music Creators Universe on multi genre fusion projects you will love and also Im not doing this for Africa only but the World,I love to explore.
My greatest wish is to continue making new age music,advance and extend in publishing and marketing it across the globe through visuals,collaborations,performances,community work and a whole lot more.Im also looking forward to work with artists,producers,videographers and choreographers who are able, willing and dare to create new and different visions in art that the world has never seen.
My music is inspired by my life experiences growing up as a girl to a lady,from a lady to a wife and from a wife to a mother.Its all about what goes on around me,in other people's lives and the world as a whole.Difficulties,Challenges,Triumphs,The Holy Spirit's intervention in all this.
